I am sorry for your loss and I am sure we all know your pain.  It would have been extremely scary to go to a scan and be told that.  I was fortunate enough to miscarry naturally at 14 weeks.  My son measured 10-11 weeks.  With my miscarriage I had no symptoms, just a sore back which was normal.  One day I was bleeding normally the next night it was gushing.  You are very lucky that they are doing follow ups because I have had none.  I didn't realise they needed to monitor you until I spoke to people on this website.  I miscarried on April 13th and I am only getting my hcg results today to see if they have gone down to 0.
I wish you all the best.

It is scary when you have a miscarriage.  Normally they will say to wait until you have at least one normal cycle to start trying again.  Some doctors will tell you to wait 3 months before starting to try again just so you know your cycles.  The next time you are pregnant they will probably want to keep a closer eye on your pregnancy by doing more blood work (checking hcg's more often or progesterone levels) and maybe even doing more ultrasounds.  I am so sorry you had to go through this.  I wish you the best of luck and hope that everything is clear and you can start TTC again soon.

Wow im so sorry for your loss and i know your pain. I was also 11 weeks and lost the baby but was told the baby only made it to 8 weeks. I planed to let everything pass naturally but was forced d&c on 4/1 because i was loosing to much blood. This mc was a surprise because ive had 2 healthy pregnancies already. So when i went to my obgyn on 4/26 for fallow up she said to wait one cycle. I wish you the best on ttc again.

i am sorry for your loss.  i had 2 MC's myself in a 5 months span, went in for testing and all tests were normal.  i found out that many woman have MC's and its very common.  sad and painful but common.  after my 2nd mc i got pregnant again and my son is now a year old.  so you can try to get pregnant again right away, especially if you MC naturally.  i had 2 d and c's.  as long as your emotionally ready, try again when you and your partner are ready.

Im so sorry that you are having to go through this - I cant imagine how hard it is for you. Unless they tell you that there was something wrong within yourself, which is forcing your body to reject the pregnancy, then there is no reason to think that you wont go on to have a normal and healthy pregnancy.
