histopath report after d&c

i took a home pregnancy test last feb. 7, 2017 which came out weak positive. the first OB advised trans vaginal ultrasound scan after a week since it was only 4 weeks since last LMP just so we can view the sa. and hearbeat. However, i was having brown spotting on feb 10, like it was a start of my period. I went back to the clinic to get the transvaginal ultrasound. initial findings were thickened endometrium and left pcos ovary. no sign of the sac nor a hearbeat. they advised it might be a sign of early pregnancy and was advised B-hcg and repeat scan after 2 weeks. The following day, I was bleeding like i was just having my period. I went to the OB that same day, advised me to take progesterone amd observe my bleeding if there was pain with it. Soft bleeding for 3 days then a large clot came out so i went back to the hospital. my OB advised to have me inpatient to monitor my bleeding and somehow save thr baby as I was early on my pregnancy. Bhcg and PT came out positive but still no sign of sac. my ob said to repeat scan on fe 18, since sac should be viable at 5-6weeks. came feb 18, still bleeding like i have my period no pains, whatsoever, scan still shows no viable sac, ectopic pregnancy was ruled out. OB advised i might have miscarried and should undergo d&c to clean the rest of the tissue aka products of conception.

after 2 weeks, i received my histopathology report: it says secretory phase endometrium with arias-stella reaction,. I googled those terms, and secretory phase means luteal phase. so i got confused. Did i really became pregnant? OB said i was pregnant.  anyone with this condition or result..
