i need help identifying a clump of (tissue) i think that i passed vaginally

about 5 months ago i had  natural miscarriage and becme septic afterwards. i got treatment at the hospital. they did said i did not need a d and c. i am still bleeding and last month i passed very very  VERY large bloodclot/tissue clumps with a lot of bleeding. for the past few days i have been very crampy and all of a sudden tonight i bled a lot and a greyish lump of tissue that was dark red in the center passed. its unlike other things i have passed. oval in shape and about as big as quarter but not at allike a blood clot....please help

Unless you started your periods and this isn't your period this is concerning please seek medical attention
