is this a miscarriage or not

I am a week early on my period, started bleeding really heavy with a lot of pain now I am having multiple large blood clots and still expierencing pain. is this a miscarriage or what could it be?

I don't know if I was pregnant. I had my last period starting november 27, this period showed up just this week. I was hoping I was pregnant but had not even taken a hpt yet. I was going to wait and see if my period showed up on time. I have yet to pass out yet, I have actually been doing the opposite, the past three days I have hardly been able to sleep at all. have just been nausous and having lower abdominal pain. I had had this same kind of abdominal pain about 2 and a half months ago. I don't have insurance so I went to this clinic that gives free medical help to thoes with low income, and  he told me he would refer me to an OBGYN, but never did, and the pain went away until this week.

i just had a d&c today and I was 14wks. The night before i had the worst pains ever. I was bleeding and had blood clots following very bad cramps. The cramps came every few sec and lasted for at least a min or so. This lasted for 5hrs that i could count until i passed out from being so tired. If your pregnant you shouldn't be getting your period and any blood coming out right now it is very important for you to go see the doctor as soon as possible. and if the pain is unbearable please go to the emergency room. No one should have to go through this kind of pain alone.
