I had to have a D&C surgery for my miscarriage, and I bled and cramped for a week. You should expect blood clots too so dont freak out. And you'll probably get your period again in 4-6 weeks.

I'm really sorry for your loss. I have a question: Do you mean blood coming out in your urine, or do you mean still bleeding from the m/c?

Blood should not be in your urine at any time and you should call your doctor if it is.

If you are talking about bleeding still from the m/c, then yes it can go on for a while. With my last m/c I bled for about 6 days. My second m/c I bled like a normal period.  If the bleeding is really heavy and you are bleeding enough to fill a pad in an hour, then you should go to the er.

Sorry again about your m/c.

Some people for over a week, some longer. It's still early days so bleeding is to be expected.
