miscarrying???? please help

Hi this is my second pregancy my first ended in a miscarriage now im 9 weeks normal ultrasound fetal heartbeat at 163 but my hcg level went from 60000 to 48000 but everything looks normal baby but i think i might not go full term im crying as i write this can anyone tell me whats wrong or went through this

And why my baby still growing and producing a heart beat if im getting ready to miscarry i dont understand

I was bleeding and passing clots at 6 weeks but the numbers were going up it went from 24000 to48000 then it went to 60000 then back to 48000 still strong heartbeat and my doc say everything looks good she doesn't seem worried about the numbers im not bleeding or cramping i go for a ultrasound today i will keep everyone updated im 10 weeks today

Sorry for your situation. But right now I will take it easy they say sometimes that this can happen and it can still work out. I would go on bedrest for a little bit and see the progression at least you know you tried, I've read people's number decrease and then increase again. So as long as you still have a heartbeat then you should still pray about and try to relax. Again I would go on bedrest until this situation is over. Good luck I hope all work out. Were you bleeding. The said part is first trimester miscarriages they relate to chromosomal abnormalities. Take it easy. I'm sorry for your situation.

Unfortunately if your numbers are decreasing, there isn't much you can do. The baby / pregnancy isn't progressing as it should :( the dr's will probably tell youu to prepare for the worst.
I'm so sorry :( I lost 3. 5 natural, 8wks d&c, and 17wks birthed in hospital after not being able to find a heartbeat at my 16wk checkup :(
