more bad news!!!!

I went to see my Dr today. I was half expecting him to tell me to stop testing again but he didnt!!!! he was actually worried about all the + OPKs I got. He said he had to make sure about what was going on and that I didnt need to have the ovary removed after all. He was worried because my body was trying hard to ovulate and kept on trying when it wouldn't. that is why im so sore around ovulation. I am always sore but worse at O time. even at the gym it gets irritated.
He wanted to start with an internal exam to see if he felt reason to do an u/s... well, not ling into the exam he decided to go ahead and do the u/s. my right ovary was enlarged.
he first looked at my uterus and could see I was about to have AF... but im thinking there could be a chance of getting a BFP right? it would be too early to see if an egg had implanted. I forgot to ask. im CD27 and not one zit on my face but sore BBs.
he then looked at me right ovary.. the one causing all the problems. since the last u/s a few cysts have appeared. Also there is a lot of fluid so he said a cyst has burst. there was also a Corpus luteum cyst, not as huge as the last one though. My left ovary was just fine.
It seems that my right ovary is much more active than my left. he said I might not be ovulating every month and not from my left, but he would only know for sure if he did u/s often to watch the ovary. he cold see follicles on both ovary's
So... It seems that this problem is not going away and the only option to try and sort it out is birth control. he said i have to be on them for three months then when I get my first AF after I come off he will give me Clomid.
I am stupid for not doing it months ago when he suggested it! I was just hoping that it would go away, but I was wrong and have wasted precious time!
DH and i had decided that if there were more cysts that we would try b/c. So I am not part of the TTC community for three months!!! :-(

Bam-the prescription is in the car so I cant tell you what it is. if i remember you start taking it on CD1 so im going to wait.. you never know I could still get a BFP. im CD28 now and still not one zit on my face!!!!

mikaleen- yes i was preggers with twins... I am pretty sure ill end up with twins again with clomid... don't say quints!!! lol... two is enough!!!!!

everyone else- I know I need a break mentally and emotionally. I hope time goes fast!!!! he said as soon as I get my first AF he will give me the clomid. when i stopped last time I got AF a week or two after but had so many of them. im guessing as long as I get AF fast then ill get the clomid within in the first week or so after stopping. unless he makes me wait till my second. ok im just going to stop thinking about it... if you dont see me on here for a few months then you know why. you can always message me to my profile tough.

Thank you all for your support!!!!! A lot of you have helped me though some pain in the as* (or should I say abdomen...lol) problems!

lets hope a whole bunch of you get BFP in the meantime!!!!.

I really hope that once you get everything sorted out and your body back to healthy that you will get your bfp right away.  Everything has to be so perfect to get pregnant that as hard as it is to wait, it probably will make it easier in the future.  I know how hard this must be, but TRY to enjoy the next couple of months of just de-stressing your body from ttc and then you will be ready to start ttc again all fresh and sqeaky clean!  Good luck buddy :)

I was thinking that when you got your BFP it was twins, right?  If he gives you clomid after the BC are you gonna have quints?  I hope everything gets settled for you.  Try to enjoy your break...it'l be frustrating to have to wait, but it might be refreshing too.

I'm sorry...You just can't catch a break these days. This has to be it for you. You'll have your BFP before you know it! I know what you mean about wishing you would have started the b/c earlier. If I would have know that it was going to be 6 months without a BFP and strange cycles...I would have had my dr. put me on b/c for a few months right after my m/c. But who would have thought it would take this long. I hope this works and you having your little one(s) this time next year :D *HUGS*

I'm so sorry hun.  What b/c is he going to put you on?  Is that supposed to make your cysts go away?

Well the shining light is this should get you back on track and when you are ready to TTC, your ovaries will be better then ever!

Im just hoping that when I get off AF will get back to normal fast. when I came of when i first TTC it took months! I had 5 AF in 2 months ten they were all over the place.
hopefully three months wont affect it.
I knew there was still something wrong when I got +OPKs for so many days in a row!!! I knew that you body could keep trying to O but even the Dr said that was too long.
