i agree with u....i would welcome it! or any other pregnancy symptoms that wernt created in my mind...but real.......i never had morning sickness either......the nausea would be worth the little miracle!
my mum didnt get sick with my twin brothers or with me. I lost 6 lbs in one week and the kept on loosing weight. i didnt throw up too much but just couldn't find anything that i cold put in my mouth. the nurse told me to start taking B6. it helped i guess. i have allergies to the two medications that they usually give for nausia. i go into dystonia and oculogyric crisis if I take them so the meds they prescribed me is $200 for twenty tablets and that's for a generic (thank goodness for insurance, even though after the first prescription the insurance company had to talk with the dr before they would pay for anymore. they gave me the ok to have them for 6 months) . even with expensive tablets like that they didnt work that well. after the D&C they put a patch behind my ear for nausea as i get really sick after being put under. that patch is the best thing ever invented. it lasted for three days but the dr said i cant use it when im pregnant.
they say morning sickness is worse with multiples so maybe with one baby i wont get any. i handle pain better than nausea for sure!
I never had morning sickness either. Once when I was pregnant with my daughter I got some weird cravings and ate a bunch of goldfish crackers and thin mint girlscout cookies and got really sick though! I don't know what I was thinking...lol I still can't eat them to this day. They do say that is a good sign that your hormones are working right. My sister is sick every minute of the day with her pregnancy. I have never seen anyone get as sick as she gets.
I never got sick, maybe I was just never far enough along. My mom, sister, aunt, and grandma never had morning sickness. I read some where that if you have morning sickness you are less likely to miscarriage. I told God give me whatever he wants to give me if I can have a healthy baby :)
I totally agree. I would welcome morning sickness with open arms, right about now. Before I found out I was going to m/c, ALL of my pg symptoms had disappeared. That's why I even called the doc and moved my u/s up a week. I just had to know everything was ok. Well that's when I heard the HB, but because of measurements was given the 50/50 chance.
My pg co-worker keeps complaining about how fat she is getting. It's not FAT, it's baby! Sometimes I just want to slap her for complaining. Oh well, our time will come soon enough!!
