multiple missed periods

hi everyone. im not even sure this portrays to the pregnancy forum but anyway. is it normal to not be on any birth control or anything and not have your period for four months and goin? i took multiple pregnancy tests and they were all negative even took one at the doctor's. but not the blood hcg one just the regular. what are some possible causes? could it be an eptopic pegnancy? but then again wouldnt the tests have picked up the hcg after almost four months  of not menstruating? had that been the case. im freaking out here

if your periods have started to become irregular have you ever thought that you might have polycystic ovaries? you should really go to the doctors and get it sorted...

Losing weight can sometimes cause no period and some woman just aren't as regular. I would suggest asking for an ultrasound to make sure. I have a sister that tested negative and was 3 months pregnant thats when she found out.( Weird but not impossible.) So just get the ultrasound that would say for sure. But you should have it checked most definitely.
