my d&c,. advice would be great

So i found out i was prego april 1st. My 8 week appt everything was so perfect saw the baby and heard the heart beat! I had my 12 week appt yesterday and my baby died at 9 weeks 4 days. Ive had a missed miscarriage. In my heart at about 10 weeks i just had a feeling something wasnt right so yesterday wasnt such a shock... at first i had opted to take the pills at home and quickly called them after i left and told them i wanted the d&c because i just want to be able to move on.. the scheduled me quickly and in 6 hours the one thing i wanted more than anything will be taken away. I am hating myself and feel like its my fault because about a year and a half ago i had an abortion and i haveregretted it ever day but i feel like this is ay back. Has anyone had this similar situation? What are the chances of it happening again? I am only 20 yrs old and we want to try again amd ive read stories of women who get pregnant after a d&c before their first cycle even starts and go on to have healthy pregnancies although i do want to wait a few cycles. I need advice because this is the hardest thing ive ever had to do and i feel like none of my family or friends understand

Recent studies have shown that you can start trying again immediately after a reason why some doctors will tell you to wait for your first cycle is so they can have a more accurate due date. You can try again and have a healthy pregnancy about 50% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage and your chances of having another one are unlikely unless you have a medical condition. Best of luck.

Sorry for your loss. You would be better wait a few cycles before ttc again, so your uterus could recover well for another pregnancy. I had an d&c in January and got my first period only in April. Waiting now for my third period to start ttc again and look.. I`m 39 years old.
You are very young, you have plenty of time, don`t rush things. You should think if a pregnancy is really what you want, it will not be a solution for your abortion regret. In my opinion you are too young to have a baby, let live your life, study, work, travel... Not saying you should wait so many time as I did.
Hope you the best. xx
