need experienced help

I had a miscarriage on 7-25-12 (no d&c was needed)and have stopped bleeding. was wondering how soon can we have sex to try again. this was my first miscarriage. I have two children 8and9 years old both pregnancies were healthy except for a bit of preeclampsia this was devistating and im starting to think there is something wrong w me. please help!!

Normally a physician tells you to wait 3 months to try again.  Some will tell you to wait until after your first cycle after the m/c.  It's really just a touchy thing.  My suggestion is to consult your physician.  Normally you are more fertile after a miscarriage and the doctors think that you will end up miscarrying again.  Sorry about you loss and Good luck when you do start trying again.

my doctor said that is not true it is not proven that you are more subjected to miscarriage if you chose to get pregnant right away i had sex the day i stopped bleeding from a MC and am now 10 weeks pregnant with a healthy big baby

Sorry for your loss.

Once the bleeding has coompletly stopped then you can have sex.

When I had my missed miscarriage, I was advised not to have sex for at least 2 weeks.

In my opinion give it 1-2 cycles and then start trying again. This gives your body some time to settle and heal itself.

Nothing is wrong with you, it just one of those things that happen. It happened to me this Year with a missed miscarriage on my 1st pregancy. You have 2 healthy kids already, so ur body is very capable. In my situation and not sure if my body is capable as I have no children, so for me it's really a 50/50 chance. Hopefully it's just one of those things and all willl be well next time, but will have to see next time.

I am sure you will be fine next time, just try and be positive as much as possible, u have done this twice and you can again.

Thanks ladies, I'm just going to see what happens I stopped bleeding all together today and bd'd twice yesterday and today. I really want another baby before my biological clock stops tickin and I'm too old.. i know, I know I'm only 30. It will happen so I sorta feel rushed. @purplelush07 how soon did you ovulate after your m/c?
