I sure wish, but i still feel like af is coming.  When I was preg last time I was so ignorant that i thought when you spotted it meant you couldn't be preg...and I spotted for month :)
I also didn't realize you could get AF cramps...
I don't really have AF cramps now, just really low O cramps, I feel like my ovary is on fire...

I know, mine is definite O pains, but almost like the Ovary dropped to the way bottom and has sharp pains as well as crampy pains???
I am telling you, If I was rich I would so get a U/S machine in my house, I heard that is what nut case Tom Cruise and Katie did..my dr. told me that when I had my second u/s and i said I wished I could see the baby every day!

I had similar pains around that time and I had a BFP a week later. The pains continued for a few more weeks, I went for a scan and they told me that it was a cyst which is pregnancy related. I think it was called a corpus liteum (sp) and it basically helps produce hormones (I think) and it will disappear on its own when the placenta takes over at 12 weeks. You probably didn`t need to hear all this nitty gritty stuff. Sometimes I think this experience has led me to acquire information which is too much for my own good....lol. Hope its the same for you.

Thanks gmb, I went in this morning and had blood taken to check the hcg level.  I will go back on thursday to check again to see if the number is doubling.  I never knew I would be this paranoid!

Are you going to take a test soon gmb?

Hi.  I'm sorry for your loss but wish you luck with a new pregnancy.  With all 3 of mine I got pulsing pains by my right ovary that would come and go for a day about a week before I would expect my period.  It wasn't really bad pain, just enough that I would take notice and the only time I've ever gotten them was when I got a BFP a week later.  Lot's of luck!

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm not sure. I have had ovarian surgery in the past and always have pain in my side when ovulating and shortly after. I'm pg now and have pains that come in go in my left ovary and my dr told me it's not uncommon to have a cyst while being pg or becoming pg. Did you take a hpt? I took one over 10 days before my period was due and it was pos. If you think it's to soon get your blood drawn it can't hurt! I wish you the best. Good luck and baby dust to you!!!!

I called the doctor yesterday and they haven't called me back yet! rude!  I will probably try and go in soon just for my own sanity.  They'll probably scold me because I got pregnant right after the miscarriage with no period in between.

kc, 13dpo is still very early, especially if you O'ed a day earlier than you might have though, but many women dont get a + for days after 13, so don't start thinking bad yet!  when are you going to the dr??

I definitely noticed pains in my ovary areas around that time.   Im about 13 dpo and I've already gotten a positivie pregnancy test.  Although, the line on all three test I've taken is very faint... Im concerned because last time I had a miscarriage the lines on the preg test were also faint. ah!

You can probably test in a few days! Good luck!

I have noticed ever since keeping closer tabs on my body that I consistently have pains in my ovary area.  Not bad pains, just noticeable and everyday.  I plan to ask my RE about it.  Maybe you are having implantation?!
