passing out large solid gestational sac after taking cytotec pills

hi..i want to share my experience and check if what happened with me has happened with someone b4...when i was supposed to be 6 weeks 1 day pregnant...the gestational sac measured 1.41 mm and that means 5 weeks 2 days as i was told...there were neithere a fetal pole nor a yolk sac visible...i suddenly felt not pregnant anymore in a few days...i told that to my dr but he said that what i've said was insignificant since i had no bleeding or spotting...by the way..i've had terrible pains and fevers every night till i was 7 weeks pregnant... i had vaginal ultrasound when i was supposed to be 7 weeks 3 days but the sac measured 16 mm which was so small..but a fetal pole was visible with no heartbeat and with 6 mm length...i was told that it was not a viable pregnancy...and that it was a missed miscarriage and that i was expected to start spotting or bleeding in a few days...i didn't...by the time i was 8 weeks exactly i went to the dr and had another ultrasound which confirmed that the gestational sac wasn't growing and had changed shape from oval to almost triangular...the dr recommended having it removed so he inserted some pills inside my vagina using a metallic tool...i guess he inserted cytotec pills....and had me wait 15 minutes b4 getting dressed...he prescribed cytotec pills ..i had to start taking them 3 hours after he inserted the pills in me...and i was supposed to take 2 tablets of cytotec each one 200 mg every 6 hours for 3 days...and he said everything will be cleared out and i that i have to be ready for a heavy period with some small clots since the sac was only the size of a 5 week old sac....anyway...i started having severy pain 3 hours after i got home...i took 2 cytotec pills orally and painkillers...the pain was so sever for more than 7 hours..vomitting..diahrrea...unbearable pain...screams...crying...it was unbelievably terrible by all means...my normal periods r usually terrible with sever cramps and whole body pain...but usually 2 tablets of advil do magic...i wasn't allowed to take advil pills cuz they would stop the work of cytotec..so i took 2 panadol pills and zoldia and proxin...but non worked till after 7 hours....i started bleeding and it was like a normal period..my periods r usually very light and last 3-4 days not more...i slept well but i took the cytotec pills every 6 hours ...i spent 18 hours after no pain at all....severe pain started again...i took painkillers and in a period of 2 hours i passed some cherry-sized blood clots...each time i told myself: this is the gestational sac...the dr said it measured only 1.5 cm at most so i was relatively small..and i thought it would be soft and crushed cuz of the medication... I WAS TOTALLY WRONGGGGGGGGGGGG..... after 4 hours from the second period of severe pain and screaming and passing out clots and pure red blood...i got gressed and went back to the kitchen to eat cuz i thought all was over and the pain went away..SUDDENLY i felt a ball in my underwear !!!!! i was afraid to move but it was late at night....it could feel it was so solid without touching it... i didn't dare to ...i was horrified...i went to the bathroom and as i was trying to take off my underwear and b4 i could even move it an inch...just as i moved the front part away of my tummy...a ball jumped off to the floor and bounced off :( :( :( i screamed as i was in great shockkkkkkkkk.....it was so solif and it was more than 5 cm long (almost 2 inches) and almost 2 cm in diameter...it was elongated and had something attached to it..a short thing which i suppose was the placentl tissue .... it was very dark in color...red,black and dark pink but somehow it was translucent..i didn't dare to look...i woke up my mother and she pushed it a few times ..she didn't expect it to be relatively heavy... it was massive and rigid...she fulshed it in the toilet :( (our toilet is arabic so it is a hole without a seat)...this happened 5 hours ago :( i have to wait 4 days to get to see my dr and show him the photo i've taken of the sac...i didn't take the cytotec since i feel no need to....but i am not sure about skipping it.... i already took 100 mg orally other than the vaginal dosage the dr inserted almost 36 hours ago....can anyone give me a hint of there was any possibility it was a fetus inside the sac and the dr had wrong ultrasounds of it? it was at least 4 cm bigger than they said yesterday...i am so confused...worried and afraid to even go to the toilet again :( and i am afraid of getting infection cuz of any possile remaining tissue in my uterus...plz help...thanks in advance...and i am terribly sorry for the description of things...they r terrible but real to me...i lived them :(

I know you may not want to but it is important that you finish all the cytotec now because if there is any tissue that gets left in the body it could make you very sick. I'm very sorry about all that you had to go through and as far as if you can tell wether there was a baby in the tissue you passed there 's no way to know now everything has happened and passed.
