pregnancy right after miscarriage can it be possible?

I had miscarriage feb 6th 2013 but im starting to feel like i did in janurary can i be pregnant this fast n can tell right away?

Yes, as long as you ovulated and had intercourse anytime between now and then, i hd a mc lst yr and am now prego again and it took me 7months my dr also told me its not good to get prego right away after a mc it increases the chances of another one bc ur body hasnt had time to heal she told me to wait til i had a few periods then try again
