what could this be miscarriage or still pregnant!!!???

Well I'm 19&been with my fiance  for over 2  years. We stopped using protection and were hoping to get pregnant but after the 1yr of fails we stopped trying. like 3 mon. ago got addicted to crystal meth& having a full out battle to stop& want to.Seeing that we haven't conceived & 2 yrs have almost past figured I just couldn't but 3-4 weeks ago I started having rly sore breast&My period was late 2mon.which was results to the depo shot i took almost 1yr  ago. Late Oct. had stomach pain which I have had for the last 3 yrs only on my left side located by my belly button& this time the pain WAY worse& a day later I thought I started my period but it only lasted 3 days&wasn't a constant flow or have the period odor. was bright red like I cut my finger& i Would bleed for 2 hrs  then stop would change my tampon&sit for 15 min. Tops& find that I was bleeding  threw& thick clots. Was frightened so look it up said was normal when your period didn't come every mon. To be sure I took a at home pregnancy test which came back negative but had a feeling maybe my drug intake could interfere with the results so tryed to stay cleanbut that only lasted 2 days.& the thought of anything bad happening cause my stupid choice to just try meth& possible miscarriage lead me to increase the intake of meth. On Nov. 20&24 noticed breast got bigger which I was in a double d then due to meth dropped down to a c&now back into d but now with an increased appetite& certain smells make me light headed&sick&my boobs have little white substance leak from them i'm not sure what to think! Took3 at home pregnancy test&all negative& just today experienced leaking from my nipples which I wiped away& called my fiance in so he could see& sure enough white milky stuff reappeared. Sorry for how long it is but no doctors will see me or rehabs cause I don't have any insurance.. I'm scared and all out of possible answers so will someone please help or give me anything.....?

Some women cant get positive urine tests. I'd get a blood test. With my first pregnancy i cld hardly get positives.

nani marky, you are doing the most selfish and horrible thing anyone could possibly do, trying to conceive a child while under full swing of an addiction.
GET HELP
get sober,
GET A LIFE
get rid of the boyfriend who is using with you.
GET INTO THERAPY
AND SOME YEARS, maybe many, from now, when you are clean and leading a normal life, THEN you can think about having a child, until then, you are a selfish horrible monster  for even thinking of it. YOU WILL ruin the chi;d's life. YOU WILL guarantee that they are neglected while you "fix". YOU WILL be responsible for giving a human being the worst possible start in life.
GET SOBER, dump the boyfriend, get into therapy and get a real life, then come back here and ask that question.

I am not going to judge you for your drug abuse as others may! However, if you feel that there is any chance you may be pregnant you can seek out a community health center in your area which can perform a free pregnancy test for anyone who is uninsured. Also, It took me one week after having pregnancy symptoms- Sore and enlarged breast, increased Montgomery glands (what you are describing as fluid leaking from your nipples) mine were also white and when I wiped them the white color would go then come back, also had a lot of intigestion to the pint that my stomach hurt so bad it would wake me from a sound sleep. Took another week from when symptoms began to get a faint positive on an EARLY EPT pregnancy test, I went and had blood work done two day later and my levels were only at 33.Spotting (from inpantation) and in early pregnancy does not always mean a misscaraige and even if you may have misscaried you may want to go to the ER to check for any tissue that could have been left behind or infection!!  For me, my HCG levels did double every two hours as they should have and I had an early Transvaginal (internal) ultrasound which measured me at 5.2 weeks. I am also addicted to Pain Medication (oxycodone) and Xanax.. but because I am being treated for chronic pain and panic disorder and do not abuse my medications however I am dependent (will go into withdrawls with out them). Anyways, after my first ultrasound they thought I may just be to early to see anything more than a gestational sac then the following week (last wed) another ultrasound confirmed that I had a Blighted Ovum, or a Missed Miscarraige (miscarriage), the baby never made it however, my body has not recognized it yet and I still have some pregnancy symptoms. I am scheduled for a D&C in the morning.
