Very Nervous about MS

I am 30 yrs old. For about the past couple of weeks I have been experiencing symptoms that are very unusual for me. It started off with dizziness/lightheadedness. Then I started to get pins/needle type sensations in my left hand that extended to my upper left arm. I feel like I am in a fog/haze. My vision changes every once in a while with double vision or just obscured vision. The vision changes last temporarily. I started getting muscle twitches/spasms all over my legs, thighs, arms, hands, etc.... It felt like I had popcorn under my skin. I have had numbness and tingling in my upper and lower extremities. I even felt so weak a few nights ago that I fell down a few stairs. My knees have been hurting with noticable weakness in both. I feel like I have heavy extremities sometimes with marked bands of heat wrapping around my upper arm sometime. I can actually draw a distinct band around my extremity where I feel this almost sunburn type burn. Now I have this funny feeling in my left foot that kind of hurts. It almost feels like a blister but there is nothing there. It felt like this when I woke up. I have been tested for lupus, rheumatoid arthritis-negative. I am waiting on my insurance company to approve an MRI to see if I have lesions b/c the doc says that it sounds like MS. What do you think? Does it sound like MS or could it be something else?
