i recently had an mir that came back with the following reading
single high signal in right fornix minor on flair coronal images, this could represent artifact.
a single focus of small vessels angiopathy could create this finding, though my age of 45 argues
against this. mutiple sclerosis or other demyelinting process.
i had this mri done by ent due to hearing loss in the left ear,not alot of loss but some
is this something to be concerned about

As Lulu said, their is a very active and knowledgeable patient forum too. Some people there are medically trained and others have learned a great deal over the years and full of wise advice.
Unsure of your post. Is this the whole reading or just the first bit and the rest of the post your question? Was MS ever mentioned to you as a possibility? You will find that generally MS is a nightmare to diagnose, with symptomatic sufferers spending a long long time in limbo. Problem is differing opinions amongst doctors, and competencies. Also the strength of the MRI is a factor - look at the information pages on the other site, many written by an ex-doctor. If the word demylenation is mentioned to you re your symptoms don't automatically think MS. ANY nerve that is damaged will show a degree of demylenation. It is when it is a systemic (throughout the body) problem that MS is more a possiblity.
I did have some medical training and once could understand more about mris and brain scans and such, but since changing career have forgotten more than I've forgotten....em? That was completely useless to you.
Maybe you would like to post again, here or on other forum, with a more detailed description of what is going on. I think even the doctor here will struggle with limited information. I hope you come back with more information and get some good answers. Even bettter I hope you get good results from your doctors.
