mri resultsapprox 5 punctate areas of high signal

hello dr.  i have a question on my mri inhansed results resently taken prior to having raditcular nuritis and treated with 5 days of iv prednisone
results read approx 5 punctate areas of high signal in the deep white matter of both cerebral hemispheres this is non specific
a few yrs ago i had mentioned to my neuro numbness and tingling in my toes i do suffer from migrains and severe headaches that last up to a month currently i have been doing weird thing like putting milk in the cubbord writting numbers backwords  my wholbody feels like it has been ran over by a truck that i can barely walk up the stairs i have bladder problems but i have always associated that with a bladder repair in 2001  i get dizzy all the tim to almost fainting no energy which is not me  and thia all again just stared a month or so ago  for the 3nd time   all other mri are perfect  they did a spinal no bands and i go for a evoked potential tommorow  also my memory seems to be going totally south is my neuro just not wanting to say anything now or should i see ms specialist or is this nothing? thank you lisa  my head aches are in my rt temple and 24/7 and about 3/4 frontal behind both eyes

Why would you recommend a neuropsych evaluation?   Some of our neurologists recommend them while other don't.  What do we learn from them?

again why a neuropsyychologist?
my evp is normal so it does sound ms is poss ruled out  but as far as the the syncope that could be my low bp and low red cell count he wants to see me today also i am going to the u of m next week  internal med  and poss cardiology i have had a heart cath prior  and was to also have a tilt table but was cancelled due to bleeding and i never rescheduled.  plus could you please explaine the mri alittle bit for me.

It sounds like your neurologist is ordering all the correct tests, and I am not sure that an MS specialist is needed for every patient being worked-up for MS. If your neurologist is not telling you that they are suspecting MS, this may be because they first want more evidence.

I would also recommend a neuropsychologist evaluation.
