My neuro told me at my last visit 1/4/13 that B-12 "would be approved by March 24th and hit the market a few weeks thereafter.'
I do not know hi source but it coincides with information I have seen sveral places.

Hi - just had a thought. Why don't you sign up for one of Biogen/ Active Source seminars? Active Source IS Biogen, right? Anyway they are having one here in Bridgewater, NJ on 2/7 entitled "Learn about the Benefits and Risks of a Treatment Option for Relapsing for Relapsing MS" I'm sure they could answer any ?s you would have. Get on their mailing list---866-955-9999 or www.MSActiveSourceEvents.com All free and usually includes a nice meal.
Just an idea!

That jives with what my MS doc told me last November.
"Don't expect BG12 to be available until April."
What's making you feel so desperate Putsinka?
Have you been able to take another disease modifier while you wait for this new oral treatment?
Also, a few days ago the Biogen CEO "...expects BG12 -- its oral medication for MS -- to receive FDA approval as early as March." I would suspect he is predicting toward the optimistic side to comfort shareholders.

According to the linked story, "An FDA advisory panel has until March 28 to decide whether BG-12 meets safety standards that would permit the drug to hit the market." So I would figure the drug is still at least three months from market.

One of the members posted something a few days ago.....might want to look back at that one...there were some good links as I remember.
