AHA is one of the original charitable research orgs around I think.  I well remember my mother going door to door to collect funds for AHA and the March of Dimes.  When we got old enough my mother would volunteers and then have us do the door to door stuff.  :-)

She also did MS fund raising because her sister had MS.  

These groups all do so much good in raising public awareness and deserve our support!

My daughter-in-law called to pick up my grandson because she was feeling sick.  I completely forgot about going red today, but went back inside the house to change my blouse.  

I am now wearing a RED BLOUSE!!!!!!!  I hope everyone remembers that today is going red day.  I will remain everyone that I see not wearing red and hopefully they will change for the American Heart Association cause.

Lu suggested I paint my nails red since I look awful in red.  I don't even had red underwear...not that I think that would count, I believe you are supposed to be able to see it.lol

It took almost an hour of searching this morning to find that nail polish. Printing the nails with tremors, especially red polish was an experience.
