3t is scheduled

by saveone, Jul 02, 2009 06:19PM
I am getting my 3TMRI on July 7 @ 7 pm.  I have waited a long time for this.  This is my first MRI since the first one that brought up the question of MS.  Not only am I getting the 3T but afterward I am to see Dr H, the ms specialist that came into the room the last time I was at the clinic.  I don't know how that happened but I not going to question it.  Maybe he decided after talking with me my case was interesting?  Go figure.  In the beginning I couldn't schedule an appt with him.

I saw my GP on Tuesday.  He had his nurse contact the clinic.  She explained everything and then they asked to talk to me.  Within a day I had the MRI and the MS clinic appt scheduled.  How cool is that?

If this 3t doesn't show any new or active leisons I am going to take a rest.  I am also going to ask if he thinks the CD (Celiac Disease) could cause the neuro problems, but that is only if he says in no way does he think it is MS.

Then if my symptoms worsen or flare I will go back to the GP and ask for more help.  The GP is wonderful.

Hi there,
all the best for the T3 scan and I hope your appointment with the MS Specialist gives you some answers.  So glad you are getting the best scanner and the best dr, and a big bonus that you have a lovely GP.

Best wishes,
from the longest limbo lander ever, perhaps if I get a diagnosis I might be famous and make medical journals...lol

Yay!

I'm glad you are getting the new imaging on a 3T.

However this came about - I'm so glad it did, and it did so quickly too!

I need to read up and refresh myself on your past imaging.
