I'm updating my notebook to take to my appt. with my neuro-ophthamologist, and ran across my EEG results. I was told it was normal, as they were looking for evidence of seizures. Me being as curious as I am, wonder about what the Impression meant; actually, I wish I could understand the whole report!
IMPRESSION:
This EEG showed intermittent nonspecific dysfunction over bilateral temporal regions, of uncertain clinic significance. The finding of a benign variant: wicket spikes over the temporal regions, is not considered epileptiform in significance.
So, should someone have checked out the clinical significance of the nonspecific dysfunction over bilateral temporal regions?
And does "Photic stimulation elicited minor evidence fo a driving response" mean anything to anyone?
Thanks, anyone who understands this stuff!
