I don't mind at all :-) The symptom I experienced with my first relapse was bilateral foot numbness. It eventually worked its way up to just below my knees. It resolved before they could find a cause, so I forgot about it, for the next 20 years :-)
Next relapse was relatively minor and was mostly ataxia. Again they found nothing, it resolved. About 2 years after that the bottom dropped out. Double vision, ataxia, extreme fatigue, pronounced meg weakness...This time they figured it out!

They can put you one medication for the burning sensation with out a diagnosis. There are anti seizure medications that help with what you describe. I family doctor can prescribe them. I thought I had to have a diagnosis to treat symptoms.

Thanks Kyle, if you don't mind memail asking, what were your symptoms?
Hi L -
My first episode yeiled negative test results and no diagnosis. 20 years later new tests, positive results and MS diagnosis. SO yes, things can change :-)

Thanks Alex, I've been to my doc and had had full bloodwork done. Getting the results tomorrow and take things from there. Just really worried about these burningsensations, they are very annoying. Thanks again!
I would start with my GP and neurological exam. If that is abnormal he will send you to a neurologist who may order more tests. Your question is if I was negative 11 years ago will I always have negative tests results? You might not. I am not saying it is MS.
