Antivert & Medrol dose pack

Today my doctor called Antivert and Medrol dose pack in for me because I have been so dizzy and lightheaded.  I do not know how to describe it.  The floor moves when I am not.
It has been super hot here in Atlanta and I know the heat has a lot to do with it.
Is this a good combo to help me?

I am scared of the Medrol because I have an ulcer, I was told if I take it on a very full stomach I should be fine.
Still worried.

I myself have taken both meds.I really cant help you on the ulcer,I would eat alittle something because of the ulcer, just to have something to coat your stomache. The dosepk I have taken many times. I only drink a glass of milk before each pill. They do make you fell hot, they due that to me,I use a icepack around my neck,It seems to cool me off alittle. The antivert,It's like heaven for me.I have had vertigo for about 4 years now,and yes It makes me feel like i;m drunk, the room spins under my feet. When I have it I really have it.I due have to take one right away,It always works for me.Lately I have not had to deal with much of it ,Thank Gosh !Ikeep it in my handbag because I never know ..  Good luck I hope yoou feel better soon,,   much  <3 your way...

I've taken both.  The antivert is for the dizziness. It works pretty well.  My only problem with that is my dizziness comes and goes and by the time you take it.  It's usually already gone.
The medrol dose pack is to calm down what's going on, I think.  That's why it was given to me.  I have taken it twice, the first time it kicked in about a week after and I felt better.  The second time it didn't help.  I got very hot on the dose pack.  I don't know if that is a side effect or not but it happened.  I know know about the ulcer stuff.  I took it with just milk and I never had a problem with my stomach.

Feel better.
