Any good neurologist in Utah? Have weird neurological symptoms!

I don't know what my problems are, but I have neurological symptoms that are a bit similar to MS. Basically 2 years ago I started to have numbness and feeling very cold in my right hand and right leg, and I had tingling in my left hand as well. It was so bad I could barely drive. I had a brain and spine MRI: all normal (of course). This neurologist had no answer at all for me - lovely! My symptoms got better but were still in the background, particularly my cold right leg. I should mention all these symptoms started 2 months after a miscarriage (a trigger?).

Fastforward to this past month: symptoms are stronger, exactly the same ones, non symmetrical. Right now my right hand is cold as if it were in an ice bucket.

I also have other problems: asthma, weird stomach pains at times, migraines at times. Could be related - or not. Stomach pains have been bad recently as well - just had a colonoscopy that showed nothing (of course).

If someone knows of a good neurologist around Salt Lake City: please give me his/her name!
