Hi, E. You ask a question that covers a huge field of info. The answer is yes. If the peripheral neuropathy involves motor neurons, then it is quite possible for a PD to cause fatigue with use. There is also a Peripheral Nervous System counterpart to MS which causes demyelination, slowed conduction and the whole schmeel, called CIDP or Chronic InflammatoryInflammatory bowel disease Ulcerative colitis (or Immune) Demyelinating Polyradiculopathy. It also has dozens of subtypes, many of which could see fatigue with use.
There is sensory only PD which would not. And there is small fiber neuropathy which causes pain, temperature and bloood flow changes, and often edema.
