Are low blood serum creatinine levels associated with MS?

I am currently in the early stages of being tested for a non-rheumatic chronic disease. Sadly, MS is on the cards as a possible diagnosis. I have just had a full set of bloods done and everything came back in a healthy range apart from creatinine which was abnormally low. On it's own, I wouldn't worry over this but in the context of my other symptoms, could this be indicative of MS?

Hi ans welcome,

In normally functioning kidneys, the level of creatinine in the urine compared to the blood, should be high as it is being passed out efficiently, so if it's abnormally low it could be an indication of a kidney related condition going on...blood test results have no connection with MS so it's possible for this test results to be pointing away from neurological conditions like MS and get you having more associated testing done.

Hope that helps.......JJ
