Atypical Hemangiomas Spinal Thoracic Area

When I had my MRI last week the rad found a couple "Atypical" Spinal  Hemangiomas lesions around the mid Thoracic level,
Since the report stated Atypical could these two actually be MS related lesions??

I was also was feeling a little concerned  because the radiologist call my neruologist the same day with the report. Of course I am a worry wart and think about everything.

I dont have any pain in my back so just wondering what it is and where they came from.
I also have 16 deep white matter lesions near the periventricular area and on the brain stem,
I see my doctor again on Friday for a LP.

Currently, there is no link between hemangiomas and MS lesions. Even if "atypical" They are completely different and not related. It is really rare that hemangiomas cause any symptoms, and are usually found incidentally on imaging for something else.

My L1 vertebrae is one giant hemangioma. And yes I get some pain from that area; at times its not bad at other times its worse. But the report always indicates that it's no big deal even though the top surface is very bumpy and the whole thing has collapsed about 1mm.

It is a little troublesome when the report says one thing and I feel pain in the area. It's all very confusing, isn't it?
