Well my vacation has come to an end. It finished with a great 25 mile Bike MS tour in The Hamptons yesterday. It was an amazing day :-)

I have enough trouble getting on a recumbent bike at PT so I couldn't see me achieving a 25 mile ride lol. I find the humidity is a shocker for me as well. Oh BTW in Australia the colour for MS is Red :-)

Saturday was a beast. We did a 10 mile shakedown ride and at the end there wasn't a single square inch of my shirt that wasn't soaked.

Yesterday, on the east end, it was beatutiful. High puffy clouds, temp in the 70's and no humidity. Picture perfect :-)

Ahhh!  Here at the south shore was pretty hot (At least that's how it felt for me)

The heat was not an issue yesterday, and there was no humidity. For me the humnidity is as much a problem as the heat, if not more so.

I have a cooling vest that I wear on hot/humid days. I also have an evaporative cooling visor that helps. Most importantly, if it's REALLY hot/humid I leave my bike in the garage :-)

I am glad you had an amazing day!  I love to bike ride.  How do you deal with the heat and all?  I have not ridden by bike this summer due to my balance issues :(
