Brain/Spine Abnormality

Hello,

I've experienced excruciating headaches, nausea, neck, shoulder pain since January.  I've also had
numbness to the right arm and tingling sensation to both of my legs.  My
headaches have only gotten worse.  Lately when i lay down on my back or right side, I feel as if something is flowing in my head if that makes any sense.  The pain I get also get feels lightning like. I got a Ct scan done without contrast and and MRI and in the MRI, they found a Lipoma in the brain and my
cervical spine straightened.  I also see on my report that WMH was seen on 3 different spots (WMH's in the right hemisphere, WMH's in the right middle gyrus subcortical white matter tract and WMH in the left external capsule anteriorly.  When I underwent the MRI, I was getting over a cold I had for a week, so they found mucosal thickenings but im assuming bc I was sick, this came up. I could be wrong.  On my spine, minimal disc degeneration was note, and straightening of the cervical spine.  I need help and would very much like a second opinion as no one is finding anything wrong with me.  My headaches have become more severe and it has become a part of my 24 hour life.  There are times I cant move my neck or shoulder and the lower back of my head has become very sensitive especially when I touch it.. Feels better when putting pressure to it.  Can someone pls tell me what this is all about?  
My physician tells me that its not that serious but I cant take it anymore with the pounding in my head.  The pain has now shifted to my eyes as well.

I don't think we've met so welcome to the forum. I'm not sure what is going on with headaches and pain. Are you seeing a neurologist? If so, is he/she a MS specialist? If not I think I would seek a second opinion from an MS neuro , who could also address the headache issue.

I , too, have headache (migraine) issues and my MS neuro handles those as well.
