Can this be MS or something else?

For months I've had various symptoms...pins and needles, muscle spasms, migraines, visual floaters, vertigo, neck pain/stiff neck, numbness of one side of the face with the migraines, tingling sensations on my back (any part of the back) feet and legs, ear pain, insomnia, frequent UTI, a little bit of hand tremors and body vibrations.  I've had these for about 6 mths on and on and off basis.  I wonder if there's a possibility I have MS or if it can be something else.  I was vitamin D deficient but I'm not anymore since I've been taking supplements.  Extensive blood work has been done and it's all normal.  MRIs are normal too (brain and cervical spine).  I have mild scholosis.

Thanks for the support.  I'm in my early 20s and sometimes think I'll have a premature death.  My friends and relatives believe I'm suffering from anxiety and losing my mind but I need to find an aswer.  No one knows how it feels.  Bloodwork was done for the lyme disease but it came back negative.  I believe a spinal tap will be more concrete but I have not been able to get one done.  I dislike the fact doctors love to give you the run around.  I was told I have fibromyalgia but I believe that's not what I have.  I've been taking gabapetin and it has not helped.  The neuro increased the dose and it still doesn't help.  Why take care of the symptoms and not look for the cause?

I experienced alot of the same symptoms a couple of years ago and actually thought i was going to die before anybody could figure out what was going on with me. I was finally diagnosed with Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever.  At the time of the diagnosis I had no fever.  I am so thankful for the neurologists that ran the lyme test.  However, you can have lyme and the test come back negative.  I got some relief when my doctor gave me doxycycline.  I at least thought I was going to live at that point!  Because it took so long for them to diagnos me with lyme i now suffer from chronic lyme but keep it under control with herbs and vitamins.  You should read about Lyme disease for yourself and decide if your symptoms are similar.  Lyme disease is a highly contriversal disease.  You will probably find that out as you read too.  If you decide to go the herbal route on lyme, i suggest reading dr. klinghardts articles on lyme.
