Symptoms:

recent symptom- constant noise or whooshing in left ear

frequent swollen lymph nodes around jaw
dizziness and syncope

Absent Abdominal Reflex
Positive Babinski
Positive Hoffman's Sign
Positive Rombergs
Ataxia Gait
Nystagmus
Abnormal SSEP
MRI=approximately 10 white matter lesions consistent with MS
DIAGNOSIS:
RRMS
Optic Neuritis
Complex partial seizures
Pernicious Anemia
C5-6 and C7-8 Herniated Disc with possible cord compression
T12-L1 AND L4-5 and L5-S1 Herniated Discs
Severe Migraines
Sleep Disturbance
Vitamin D deficiency
Double vision
Vertigo
Cognitive impairment
left side weakness
facsiculation left arm
Numbness and intermittent shocks right calf and foot
Lots of pain which is controlled by medication
Unsteady gait
Primary Progressive MS
Otherwise pretty healthy and active
