I'll go first :

Symptoms -

Nausea
Urinary incontinence
Burning/"sore" tongue
Chewing difficulty (jaw spasms/tightness)
Intermittent swallowing problems
Nasal speech/slurred speech intermittently
Mucsle spasms/twitching/pain in my thighs
Left leg and arm weakness
Left arm spasms/twitches
Pain in left side of head (feels like I bruised it)
Neck and back pain (spasms/crampy)
Tingling and burning my left leg
Dizziness/off balance feeling.


Diagnoses so far:

Gastroparesis/Small bowel dysmotilty
POTS
Ehlers-Danlos Type III
Paroxysmal Atrial and venticular tachycardia
Mitral valve prolapse

Symptoms:

vertigo
excruciating pain behind left eye  (only once or twice)
headaches behind eyes
tinnitus
recent symptom- constant noise or whooshing in left ear
incontinence
sore or tightness in chest
shortness of breath
lower and upper back pains
cold extremities
have experienced RLS
very painfully sore feet when I wake up every morning
frequent swollen lymph nodes around jaw
dizziness and syncope
recent symptom-high blood pressure

Current Diagnosis:
Neurocardiogenicsyncope
Fibromyalgia

crampy/achy/spasms/burning/tingling/weak/legs
leaking/frquency urine
constipation/abdominal cramps

decreased memory/word find issues

EXAMINATION/TEST RESULTS:
Optic Neurtis
Hyperactive Deep Tendon Reflexes
Absent Abdominal Reflex
Positive Babinski
Positive Hoffman's Sign
Positive Rombergs
Ataxia Gait
Nystagmus
Abnormal SSEP
MRI=approximately 10 white matter lesions consistent with MS



DIAGNOSIS:
RRMS
Optic Neuritis
Complex partial seizures
Pernicious Anemia
C5-6 and C7-8 Herniated Disc with possible cord compression
T12-L1 AND L4-5 and L5-S1 Herniated Discs
Severe Migraines
Sleep Disturbance
Vitamin D deficiency

Double vision
Vertigo
Cognitive impairment
left side weakness
facsiculation left arm
Numbness and intermittent shocks right calf and foot
Lots of pain which is controlled by medication
Unsteady gait

Primary Progressive MS

Otherwise pretty healthy and active
