"Cement" Feet + Aches & Pains

Hi.  This is the first time I have posted a question.  I have been thru tons of MRI's, spect scans, blood tests, etc. to eliminate MS.  No lesions found and one neuro says it is definately not MS.  Going to my second neuro next week.  Anyway, last year I powerwalked a 5k and immediately after crossing the finish line and slowing down, my feet felt as if they had turned to concrete and I could barely move.  I was told by my fellow participants that I needed new shoes.  I also have achy and sometimes shooting pains in my arms and legs.  I have my second 5k coming in a month and I am nervous that even though I have new shoes I will get the "cement" feet again.  My arm and leg pains seem to be worse after I have walked for my 5k training.  Anybody have this problem or have any thoughts for me?  Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for joining us.
Do you know what else the neuro came across by way of exam to lead such an investigation?

Do you get this at any other time? You mention the arm and leg pain after training. Have you seen a regular MD?

Not sure if a neuro is where you need to be, off hand I'm thinking a good sport doc but if you tell us a little more, maybe we'll have some more thoughts.
Hope to help,
