Just wondering if anyone else who is dxed with MS is having severe clonus issues in this heat and if so what are you doing to deal with it. It use to be only before bed that I was experiencing it, now it seems it is throughout the entire day.
Thanks

Hey you!

Not me, not that I know of, but I really don't know what clonus is, and probably shouldn't even be posting to you then should I? LOL...But I "have" to - to let you know I care!

Seriously though buddy, for those like me that do not know what this is, can you describe the symptoms and what it is?  If you are feeling too badly, it's ok, I'll look it up.

Hope it subsides for you.

Hi,
I do have clonus but I only notice it if my leg is bumped.  But my hand is giving me some trouble with what I think could be clonus or an awful spasm.

Yes, I am ready for this heat to be gone.  Until I really started having trouble with MS. I dreamed of living somewhere warm by the ocean, now I am ready for SNOW!

Good thing though because there was never really any chance of me moving away from the midwest.

Hey.  I feel for you.  I have been struggling with this issue for quite a while.  It is much worse after a day of activity and especially heat.  The only thing I find that helps me is an ice pack.  For some reason, the cold on my feet helps relax my legs.  I hope this will offer you some relief.  karen

Don't move to fl. it will kill you it makes it so bad you can't function.  It also brings on the itching and it drives you insane.  The heat is always here, no relief whatsoever.
