Complementary therapies and MS.

Hi,
A very late Merry Christmas and Peaceful New Year to everyone on this forum.

* Does anyone here recommend/have experience (positive/negative) of complementary therapies and MS, I would be interested to know what helps, I know that we all respond differently and would appreciate your feedback.

Thanks
Kim

Thanks for your feedback,

I used to do Tai Chi and loved it, I found it very peaceful and made me feel stronger, I dont have the energy to go now.

How much exercise is beneficial and of what kind, walking makes you fitter but also causes fatigue, very slowly increasing any form of exercise is the best way I think, Yoga was great but too difficult to continue with balance problems.

Does anyone have Healing or tried the Alexandra Technique?

Kim:-)

Hi Kim,
I am a devotee of exercise (Tai Chi) for balance, Accupuncture to clear my energy channels, and massage therapy to keep me up and moving.  These are my favorite complementary therapies.

I know others here have their own favorites and I trust they will speak up !!

my best,
Lulu
