DJ's mother....

Being in limbo for DJ's dear Mama is finally over - she passed away Thursday evening.  

DJ asked that I share this news with you and to tell you how much she has been comforted during this ordeal by your kind words and ongoing prayers.  

Life is full of transitions and DJ is now facing the next one - getting on without this wonderful companion who has helped make her daily life more meaningful.

While understandably sad, she is also happy that her mama is now at peace.

Please take a moment today to hug someone you love in memory of Ruby.

I can't recall to whom this observation was attributed when I heard it, but it makes sense to me.  Those we love who have gone to be with the Lord are in His presence now.  He has promised to be with us always.  If they are with Him, and He is with us, they can't be far away.
