Dercums disease a ms?

Does anyone know if there are people who have dercums disease as well as ms? my lumps on my body are painful and sound like dercums bt i dnt want to be the one who has more than 1 weird condition.

I have painful lumps, but mine are ganglion cysts - caused because of constant muscle tightness in my forearms.

I am just worried that im going mad or something, there have been about 15 new lumps formed in the last few months and i have severe pain raidiating out these, i havw a total of 30 or so lumps in all and all except 2 are painful, i am not on,meds wich can be injected so its not that, and the doctors arent interested in helping me, they dont even,give these lumps a second thought, and on googiling,lumps with pain i came across,dercums, but i dont know what to think. is it possible to have 2 funny,diseases at the same time, i dont know. If anyone out there can help please help, i need to try get some answers, so pls help if u can.

I'm researching this myself.  There is a doctor in CA that specializes in this.  I found her name on the internet.  I'm wondering if I too have issues.  I have about 6 lipomas and some internal on the organ type tumors in addition.  I don't know why I'm getting these and I've been trying to lose weight and it's not happening.  I think weight gain goes along with this.  

I don't know if I have MS or not.  What I have been diagnsoised with is POTS.
