Did you have right sided headaches with eye pain and then afterwards nystagmus or jerking of the eyes, double vision and oculars without headache?

In the last couple of months I have started having right sided headaches that start with sharp eye pain that wakes me up early in the morning and last for about 29 hours. Afterwards I get double vision, oculars without headaches and now nystagmus or jerking of the eyes. My neuro won't or can't make a diagnosis and won't let me see anyone else in her practice. I have already been diagnosed with undifferentiated connective tissue disease, raynauds and Livedo reticularis, hypoglycemia, mitral valve prolapse and Trigeminal neeuralgia. Most of my symptoms are intermittent except for the muscle pain and spasms. I am getting so frustrated withmy neuro as she is stumped and has given up. Has anyone had these symptoms and gotten a diagnosis.

One sided headaches followed by double vision, oculars without headaches and nystagmus is consistent with migraine disease.  As far as the undifferentiated connective tissue disease and Raynauds, are you being seen by a Rheumatologist?  Have you had an MRI of the brain and c-spine?

Why would Nystagmus suddenly show up the day after a one-sided headache.
my Opthamologist said it is a neurological problem because of the spasms, double vision, blurred vision and now Nystagmus that only happened for a couple of minutes. My husband said my eyes were going back and forth really fast.
