I have had dizziness for 12 years now and nothing has come back to indicate any medical condition. In the past 5 years I have noticed my hair thinning and shedding like crazy. I have eye floaters and twitches that can go from one part of my bother to another. I am so freaked out and should probably have more blood work done. The dizziness is belittling in that even going to the store makes me sick. However, when I'm working out I don't notice it. Any ideas on what could be going on?
Anyone over 30 can have floaters that is normal to aging of the eye. Thinning hair is not MS since MS is neurological. Dizziness can be caused by so many things sometimes Doctors do not find a cause. Sometimes it can be helped with physical therapy. I know it is annoying I have had it for 47 years. I am sorry you have it. I went o ENTs, Neurologists and eye specialists over the years. There is a lot more help for the symptoms than there used to be with medications and physical therapy. Every case is different and there is no one size fits all treatment. You may have to experiment. It would be nice if it were an easy fix. Hopefully your Doctor will find something to help.
