Do I have MS or am I just crazy?

The tingling started about a year ago in my right leg and slowly progessed to the L leg and both arms and my face and scalp.
I had what I believe was an "episode" from in September that lasted about 5 days. It was profound weakness and pain, but it went away. The current epdisode I'm having started October 9th. I was in the hospital for 5 days for weakness and falls. They did a MRI of my brain and C spine, an EMG of my L side and countless blood tests. All tests came back clear.
This episode is much worse and I can't walk very far at all.
At my last visit, my neuro doc ruled out MS because my symptoms are bilateral and my MRI was clear.He orfer another EMG of my R side and put me on Neurotin. He said it is just idiopathic neuropathy. Which I believe is a bs diagnosis.
I don't want MS, I just want a real diagnosis. I am an otherwise healthy, 32yr  wife, mom of 4, nurse and cheer coach. This is totally cramping my style!
I will hear from Mayo next week and find out if I qualify for an appointment!

Yes.  My thought is if you don't qualify for an appointment at the Mayo to make an appointment with another neuro.  Something is obviously wrong.  It sounds neurological by what you describe.  The question remains what is it?  I would seek another opinion until I felt the dx matched my symptoms.
