Do any of the MS mimics cause extereme heat intolerance like MS does?

With the extreme heat we've been having here on the east coast, I have been spending a majority of my time indoors. Of course we can't avoid the heat altogether, and the few times I've had to go out in it - oh boy! My symptoms really flare, sometimes to the point of tears of frustration. My family is supportive, but they relly don't get it. They all think I'm just complaining about the heat, and sort of respond in that the heat bothers them too.
Back to my actual question. I have many "MS" symptoms, but the heat intolerance is the one that has me 99% convinced that this has to be MS. The pain/pressure I get in my ribcage also adds to that. Do any of the MS mimics also cause the same type of heat intolerance?

Other dx, though possibly not MS mimics, at least annecdotally, cause heat intollerance in at least some people.  My MIL has severe RA and can't stand the heat, especially when it's humid.  Her sx flare very badly, to the point she can hardly walk.  I don't know if that happens to everyone with RA, but my SIL (who is not a blood relative of my MIL) also has RA, though not as severely, and also has trouble with the heat.

As far as I know , none of the mimics is "known" for severe heat intolerance.  However, many people with neurologic damage, like a stroke are more sensitive than the usual healthy person.

My symptoms are predominantly left sided. Staretd 2 yrs ago in my left foot. Now - left leg/foot and left arm/hand. I have numbness, stiffness, vibrations. Occ will have pain if I go beyond my llimits. Squeezing pressure around left ankle and around ribcage at times. Extreme Fatigue! Also get facial numbness and pain.
With the heat, my symptoms may worsen for just a short period of time, for several hours, or sometimes even carry into the next day or 2.

What other symptoms do you have? Some times heat brings on my symptoms at that moment or it will take a few hours and the symptoms and new symptoms appear and last for days. I live on the GA coast and the extreme heat has never slowed me down until this summer when I went into a full relapse mode (and got diagnosed). I think the heat triggered it.
