Over the weekend, my eyes started to get very dry and my vision became a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys blurry. During this time I've become extremely dizzy. Symptoms haven't subsided and this is going on 5 days now. I went to the neuro and he said it wasnt MS related. The EEG showed a spike so he thinks there's a potential for seizure and wants to put me on anti seizure medication. I'm having a repeat MRI done on Friday to rule out a brain tumor.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Now I'm worried about a potential brain tumor.
Any feedback would be great.
Hi Ella,
I have had no vision problems so I can't comment on yoru situation here. I just wanted to let you know I had seen your posts. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
I don't think dry eye is a typical symptom of brain tumor. You might want to try some OTC Moisture drops. Bausch & Lomb has a "Moisture Eyes' and also one called "Alaway" which helps if eye gets so dry it itches or feels like sand paper. Any of the ones that help create tears would be just as effective. If you wear contacs, you may want to switch to glasses for a while. If persists, you can see an opthamalogist, preferably one who is familar with MS.
I took one benadryl and awakened with tears running down my face! eyes were burning and red..next day; still dryness but upon look up felt dizziness and saw slight doubles. I am using eye drop and taking cipro in case there is damage done to my cornea. This is the third day. I am somewhat better, still can't look up without the doubles.
