ESA questionaire

hope you are all well
just recieved another questionaire in the post to fill in and send back , or my benefits may be effected!!!!
i only filled one in lastb october before i had a medical and was told no more sick notes to be sent in and no more medicals and was put in a support group .

the forms an absolute joke do they think i have suddenly been able to walk without my stick and run up and down the stairs. if only it was so simple !!!
sorry to moan but the systen in the uk is a joke for anyone having any genuine dissabillity and you have to keep jumping through hoops (not literally) to prove your eligable for benefits.

Hi bairdy,

I'm not sure if you can do anything. though id call and check if you are suppose to of been sent these forms, could be a mistake, a computer generated thing or the like. A couple of years ago our system had a glitch that sent please confirm if you are still currently dx with a disability. Problem was everyone over the age of 16 was sent the forms if their dx was down syndrome, yeah like they out grow down syndrome at the magical age of 16. Big hoopla over that suff up.

I would make that call to be sure,

iv called them and they said its a six montly thing. so i done it and sent it back so lets see what happens ??

Sorry to hear your system isn't running so well...  Ours isn't so great either.  Wish there was something I could do so we all could just have our benefits and be done with it (wouldn't that be nice).  

Maybe next time you should photocopy the form before you send it back so that when they send you the blank one six months later, you've already got it done (at least that way you'd only have to actually fill it out once a year).  Worth a shot, although they'll probably change the form just to be a pain in the rear...
