I have the same problem and was told the same by thing by my Neuro. Also the last time I had my eyes dilated at the eye doctor I had to wait longer because my one eye took longer to dilate. The doctor actually finished another patient before he could do my eye tests.
I also have always been very sensitive to bright lights. In elementary school when I walked into the cafeteria (very bright lights) my eyes would water and want to close. I have always had to wear dark sunglasses outside.

I have had sensitive eye to light from the beginning of life as I have light colored eyes. But at times they are a lot more sensitive than normal for me. Personally I have assumed this is due to my MS.
I say this as I do know that MS can effect how well your pupils respond to light. In fact during one of my Neuro exams my Neuro pointed out to the students that were with him how the pupil of my left eye was not responding as much as the right during the test. It is always the left eye that is bothered by bright light more than the right.

This has happened a couple times to me inside. At night I read in bed so I usually use a big flashlight so I don't have to get up to turn lights off.
For a couple of days my eyes were so sensitive and I had to close them to make them ferl better.
It was onlly these couple of days and I had no problems before or after.
Hope you figure it out,n

I had that strong sensitivity to light years ago before my dx and never mentioned it to my optometrist because it only lasted a few weeks.
At the time I was having a cornea issue and chalked it up to that problem and the fact that I have a pale eye color that made me super sensitive.
I don't remember if I had headaches though.
Hopefully the issue clears up for you soon!

Usually heat just slows the nervous system like a computer that runs slower.
I walk slower in the summer. I have heard of normal people getting headaches from the sun.
