Finally got a little relief from accupuncture!

I have been tingling for about a year now in my legs. I went for accupuncture and Chinese cupping yesterday, and have NO tingling in my arms and legs...just a little in the feet and face. I am very sore (she said to expect it from the cupping) and still weak. BUT, no tingly legs today:) After tingling for so long, it feels weird NOT to tingle!
I know this isn't a cure, but I am thankful to. get a least a little relief! I go back tomorrow . She wants me to go 5 times as close together as I can, and then every 6-12 weeks for maintenence.
Still have a long way to go, but at least it's something!

My chiropractor reccomended her, and after doing some research, it seems she is very good, but we will see!
Relaxing...I hear it is supposed to be. I have trouble just laying there looking at the ceiling. I'm one of those people who has a hard time "shutting my brain off". I hope this doesn't hinder the treatment! I am going to talk to her about that before my session tomorrow.
=( After about 24 hours, the tingling has returned. But, I am still going to give it a try!
The cupping actually left very few marks, and was uncomfortable, but did not hurt. It wasn't bad @ all. She actually did it on my upper arms and legs.

Going to a GOOD acupuncturist is wonderful.  I have one I use when I get specific pain problems and it always give me relief.

Did you also find it relaxing?  I've never done cupping because I figure I don't need all those hickeys on my back! LOL
