Fridays tornados in Ohio

Well those tornados were horrible here. One hit 3 miles from my house almost wiping out the whole town, another one hit about 10 miles from me, that one didn't do much damage but did take a life then there was one that hit about 20 miles from me or maybe less than that.

Each town that got hit lost a life from the tornados. The one closet to me was an F3 tornado and caused major damage to the little town! It is just devastating and sad. I feel so bad for everyone who lives/lived there. We got serious winds, rain, thunder and lightening and if it would have turned we would have been hit head on!

Talk about stress! Wow it really does take its toll on everyone but it is great to see everyone come together to help each other out!

I have to admit that the past two days I have been extremely exhausted, I can't stay awake long. I took mom to her appointments today, came home and went to sleep, woke up still tired as can be. I am just going to rest as much as I possibly can to see if I can get out of this funk!

Take care everyone!
Paula

Thanks Shell,

I am hoping the time off from school will do me some good. I still have to study and will be taking mom to doctors but just not having to go into school should help me :)

Glad you and your family are safe, Paula.

So tragic to see the loss of life w/all states involved.

Enjoy that sunny day you are having, and glad you'll have some weeks off!

Thank you everyone,

I woke up this morning before my alarm so that has to be a good sign right lol.

Weather is warm and sunny today I do think we have some storms coming tomorrow but I will have to watch the news to be certain. I haven't wanted to do anything.

Today is my last day of class before my final next Friday so that will help then I don't go back to school till the 26th so I am hoping to get all caught up on rest, sleep and housework lol.

Talk to you all soon!

Paula, just stay in bed as long as you can and as long as you need.  It is horribly traumatic to go through those types of storms and you will be seeing the damage for years to come.

take care, ok?

gentle hugs,
L

Wow! Glad you are alright. One time I had a tornado come right down the street I lived on. It was only an EF0 and that stressed me out a lot. I can't imagine how much stress it would be with an EF3.

Take care and get as much rest as you can...Don't want to go into another flare. :)
