Frustrated

I always hear that "it could always be worse" by people who don't know what it's like.  MS is crazy because while I feel like ****, I don't look the part.  Am I supposed to?  It's hard because I feel pain, depressed, and overwhelmed and I can't tell anyone that.  I have a small child and I feel guilty when she wants to play and I'm too tired.  I try so hard to be strong and act like this doesn't affect me so much, but it does!  I'm so frustrated today!

i have a dx of fibro but am being retested for MS again due to a constant decline and pain and vertigo eye problems etc.

I just wanted to tell you how i know that guilt i am a singal mum of 3 kids all girls 10.8 and just turned 7 and when they want to play and i cant i feel bad when i spend mths in my bed and they have to have social services come in and help us that they have to spend time in play clubs instead of mummy taking them places its so gut aching as i want to be a normal mum, i get irratated with them as they are so loud and hurt my ears but i want to have fun but i am so tired and in pain and it never ends.

i so understand how you feel.

Hi There,  My sister-inlaw says "it could be worse" all the time to me.  She sets me up

by first asking me how I feel and then goes into her speech. I just finally started to

say "I'm well, thank you for asking.  I totally believe that if you are not in our shoes, you

don't inderstand.  It is as simple as that.

I am not a violent person, but I woulds really like to smack her!!!.
