Just started taking gabapentin. Today is my third day of taking it. I'm taking it for weak and tired legs. I cant stand this medication its making me feel dizzy and disoriented and upset stomach, I'm supposed to be taking it 3x daily I could barely get to the 2nd pill, my mgs are only 300mg, if someone else had this problem let me know if it gets any easier.
Hi, I took Gabapentin 3 times, low dose, and now my eyes hurt a lot! I don't take it for 4 days already but the pain is still there. Do you know when it's going to be better? Do I need to see a doctor for this? I'm so sad :(( Can it be permanent now?? I want my eyes back! :((
Try to eat a healthier diet I would say. http://gabapentindosage.com/
you need to wean off of the soda's. Carbinated beverages are not helping any of your problems.
try crystalized ginger (health food store or where you can buy by the pound, not those expensive tiny jars in the grocery, for indigestion, ginger is most natural for body and also peppermint candies. I use ginger tea every day, I just grind the frozen root, boil with water, lemon and honey and drink cold or hot. have not had indigestion in years
you need to lean on your doctors, it doesn't sound like they are listening to you......our reactions to gaga will be different than yours due to what we take it for.....
just a nurse's point of view
I also hold my teeth tightly. I have been diagnosed with TMJ, so have been fitted with a mouth guard that really helps the stress from clenching. I have also have weight gain I take 600/3 times daily. I have not noticed any issues when upping my dosage, but who knows when that may happen.
Hi, I take 600mg of Gabapentin 4 times a day for neuropathic pain in MS. I've tried Pregablin and that didn't help at all. Gabapentin is great if you can tolerate it. Increasing your dosage slowly prevents side affects both my GP and MS nurse agree on that. At night I also take 30mg of Amitriptyline, my consultant told me that Amitriptyline gets you to sleep and Gabapentin keeps you asleep. I definitely sleep better than I used to.
