I have Celiac Disease so I am always gluten free and have been before MS popped it's lovely head up. So I'm not really sure if it has any impact
I agree that a healthy diet is good for everyone, MS afflicted or not. I do not think that gluten avoidance is beneficial, nor do I think it is wise to shun whole food groups.
Dr. Terry Wahls clains to have put her MS to sleep using diet. The keys to her specific diet are typically available for sale on her web site. THis always makes me leary.
Our bodies are at war, albeit with themselves. The stronger we can make our bodies, the more able they will be to fight the fight. THis includes a well balanced diet.

I try to always be 'glutton free' but I just love food so much! ;p
I think you mean gluten free. I'm not sure what you've been reading, but I've not found anything that passes the 'sniff-test' for me research wise. A healthy diet is good for everyone. But unless someone has celiac disease or something similar, I see no compelling reason to favour this approach.
