How do I read a profile

To anyone, I am trying to enter my profile and am interested in learning about the wonderful people on this forum. I can't figure out how to do this.

oh, and to read someones profile click on their name and it should take you to their personal page.

at the top of the page there is a heart and it says my medhelp. Click there and it will take you to your personal page.  You will see a place to select "edit my profile" and when you do you can enter all sorts of information that you want to share.  From that page you can also change your mood  and post journal entries.  Hang in there - this site can be difficult at first but will be pretty easy once you use its features after a while.
